Grayson College Launches New Incentive Program for Students

Enroll in classes. Attend events. Earn points. Win prizes! Wait…what?

This week Grayson College launched Cruise to Completion, a new incentive program that encourages student engagement by allowing students to accumulate points that will give them an opportunity to win prizes.

The program is open to all Grayson students who are enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in the current semester. Students must be in good academic standing with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA and no major disciplinary violations.

Students will accumulate points from Oct. 31 through Apr. 26. Students who meet the minimum eligibility requirements are automatically enrolled in the program, but they can increase their odds of winning by attending events throughout the academic year.

“We want to see our students succeed, and studies show that students who are more engaged in their learning environment are more likely to accomplish their goals and graduate,” said Dr. Regina Organ, Vice President of Student Affairs at Grayson College. “The points correlate to the number of entries they will have in our drawing in late-April or early-May, and just like anything else, the more entries, the greater the odds of winning!”

Prizes will include a MacBook, credit towards paying for tuition and fees at Grayson College and more!

Points will be tracked in the MyViking portal and QR codes will be available at sanctioned events.
